A redesigned website to support real estate projects in Paris

For several years, Immopolis has been developing its online presence in order to offer a clearer, more readable experience that better meets its clients’ expectations.

In a highly competitive real estate market, the website plays an essential role: it presents our agencies, our properties, our services and our expertise to sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants.

Why update our website?

The Immopolis website has evolved several times over the years, with one constant objective: to offer an online service that is more qualitative, more modern and more functional.

This approach is part of the ongoing development of our digital presence. The website needed to promote the Immopolis brand, make property listings easier to access and support users throughout their real estate projects.

A clearer and more readable website

The redesign made it possible to rethink the website’s design while keeping an existing foundation. Moving from a black background to a white background helped make the interface brighter and easier to read.

Graphic design work was carried out on the main pages of the website, including:

  • the homepage;
  • the property listing page;
  • the property detail page.

Graphic mockups were created before integration in order to structure the user experience and harmonise the presentation of content.

Better presentation of property listings

The website was also designed to improve the way users browse property listings.

Several elements were worked on to make the search experience more pleasant and more efficient, including the presentation of listings, the integration of high-definition photographs and the implementation of a modern and ergonomic property search system.

The goal was to allow users to access essential information more easily and browse properties in better conditions.

Simpler navigation

The redesign also focused on certain navigation elements, with the creation of a more discreet and more complete hamburger menu.

This evolution makes it easier to access the different sections of the website while maintaining a clear and streamlined interface.

A long-term digital collaboration

Immopolis has been supported for several years in the development of its online presence. This collaboration has included the creation and redesign of the website, as well as actions related to organic search, paid search, the blog, social media and certain print communication materials.

To develop its website, Immopolis relied on the expertise of Youdemus, an agency specialized in real estate website creation, in order to offer an experience that is clearer, more readable and better adapted to its clients’ expectations.
